• Your challenge this week is to dust off one cookbook you have lying around (I have at least 20 in my kitchen that I have yet to use!) and try making one new recipe from it… preferably one that’s healthy!
There is nothing more beneficial to promoting a healthier lifestyle than cooking at home!
But in case you’d prefer a suggested dish, I made this the other night and it was super simple and super delicious:
Spicy Grilled Shrimp. I paired it with steamed edamame and Spanish rice! Delish!
