Day 4: Don’t drink sugar
• Try avoiding any beverage that contains sugar, because sugar is one sneaky B!
It finds its way into everything! Read any label on almost any box or container and you’ll see it.
It also has many aliases so you’ve got to be savvy to its many names in order to successfully avoid it. As a rule of thumb, if you see an ingredient that ends in “ose”, you can assume it’s sugar.
Challenge yourself to avoid drinking anything that has sugar in it which may mean your morning cuppa joe (cringe), any sweet teas, or store-bought juices or smoothies.
This is one of the fastest ways to cut empty calories from your diet.
