Day 7: Know your excuses

Pay attention to your excuses.

First, you have to become aware of your excuses. Not having enough time is one of them (you don’t want to hear that!), and so are many others we use without even thinking, The excuse is out of our mouth before we even know what we’re saying. And once it’s out, you’re mentally off the hook.

Be aware of the excuses you use because they’re sneaky and they’ll be the things that will keep you from being that better version of yourself you envision.
