What fitness level do I need to be at to participate?

These challenges are good for beginner, intermediate, and advanced fitness levels. The goal of the challenges is to help you gain confidence in your abilities while building strength. Modifications are offered throughout the challenges plus exercise tutorial videos are available to help you to perfect your form and build a solid foundation.

Are you a certified personal trainer?

Yes, I am a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and Functional Training Specialist through American Council on Exercise (ACE). I’ve been training women for over 10 years and have taught one-on-one sessions plus group fitness classes.

Are you a nutritionist?

I’m a Certified Health Coach through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition which allows me to help you navigate the world of food by offering you advice and guidance, not with strict diet and meal plan programs. If you have certain diet restrictions and requirements or health issues related to food and nutrition, consult your physician before starting any new diet program.

I offer up advice on food and habits that have worked for me through my personal experience, and I share what has helped me lose those stubborn pounds around the waist!

What's the benefit of being a member?

When you join the membership program you become a part of a community that I like to call the Fit & Fab Crew! The membership allows you direct access to me through text messaging, live zoom workouts, and Q&A sessions where I can help you and others in the community with struggles you may be having or random questions about the body, belly, or mind. You can submit questions to me anytime and once a month I’ll answer every question I get either with a video in the members-only area or with a live zoom session.

What is a Benchmark Board?

The Benchmark Board is a Google sheet where you can list your Benchmark numbers which we record on the 1st, 10th, and 21st days of the current challenge. This is how you are able to monitor and see your progress along the way!

Plus you also have a daily box to check-off after each completed workout. It’s a simple way to help you stay accountable during the challenges. Plus you get to see how others are doing that are working out alongside you!

What is the members-only community

The members-only community is the Fit & Fab Crew! I like to think of us as the Crew that no longer allows excuses to get in our way!

By joining the membership, you get direct access to me, your personal trainer, with text accountability, weekly zoom workouts, and a monthly Q&A session where you can submit your questions about anything related to the body, belly, or mind. It’s a great way to connect with a crew of women who are working alongside you, who are building strength and taking control of their health and happiness!

How often do members get live workouts?

Every Tuesday morning at 8 am we get to workout together with a live zoom workout. This workout will be 15 minutes or less and it’s a great way to connect and build camaraderie.

These workouts will be recorded if you can’t make the live workout and will be posted in the member’s area.

How much access do members get to Anne Marie?

Members of my Fit & Fab Crew have unlimited access to me during the entire challenge through text, email, and our live zoom workouts. I am here to support, motivate and help you to keep showing up every day! My goal is to help you become stronger than your excuses.
