Member agrees and covenants not to sue or otherwise attempt to hold Little Black Dress Personal Training, LLC liable for any injuries regardless of the cause.
This waiver and release agreement is intended to be as broad as is allowed under the applicable law and applies to any claims for damages, regardless of whether they are allegedly caused by the negligence of Little Black Dress Personal Taining, LLC or its employees.

Exercise is not without its risks, and this or any other exercise program may result in injury.
