Here’s how it works:

Preparation

Welcome to the Crew!
We discuss your struggles and get crystal clear on what you want to accomplish over the next 12 weeks. Together we set personal goals and create a roadmap that will help you build new habits so you can achieve your best during the program and beyond!

We review: 

  • Set personalized goals that reflect your hopes and dreams.
  • Create a schedule that makes showing up easy.
  • Set up a plan that has you covered for potential setbacks and barriers.

Weeks 1-4

The Basics

We begin by breaking down basic movement patterns to build familiarity and confidence. Here is where we establish your beginner benchmark numbers.

You’ll receive: 

  • Watch one Instructional video each week that teaches you how to properly perform basic exercises and movement patterns
  • Complete three 15-min workouts per week
  • Establish your benchmark numbers with the Benchmark Workout in week 4.

Weeks 5-8

Transition

The effects of your practice begin to shine through. At this stage, we begin adding in exercise variations, and resistance to continue building strength and confidence.

You’ll receive: 

  • Watch one Instructional video each week that builds off movements and exercises you learned in weeks 1-4
  • Slowly increase the intensity by adding in weights and introducing various movement patterns
  • Complete four 15-minute workouts per week.

Weeks 9-12

The Challenge

It’s time to test your skills with the 21-Day Challenge that will bring it all together!

You’ll receive: 

  • You’ll complete five 15-min workouts each week, a mix of strength, cardio, HIIT, and stretching
  • Finish off the entire program by competing against the Benchmark numbers you set in week 4!
