Meet Your Coach

My name is Anne Marie, and I’m a personal trainer turned Accountability Coach. With 15 years of helping women build strength, lose weight, and feel happy in their clothes, I’m akin to the fairy godmother of fitness—minus the wand and with way more squats!

Clients have told me that I’m “inspiring” and “life-changing,” but really, it was their hard work that got the job done.

Over the years, I’ve crafted fitness classes that mix strength training with yoga (yes, you can have the best of both worlds!) and created 300+ workout videos that have helped women work up to performing 200 squats, power through 10 perfect push-ups, and rock a 3-minute plank hold! (Those were some fun times!)
