My 3 Week Transformation!

By March 23rd, 2021No Comments

Ok, not so much “transformation”! More like an ever-so-slight modification.

The reality is… I lost 1/4 inch off my waist, WHICH you can’t notice because it’s only 1/4 of an inch. How’s that for anti-climactic!

I know it’s not much, but as I said, I don’t do drastic. This is stage 1 where I right the ship, meaning I start getting back into the habit of paying attention and start taking little baby action steps. The point is to get in a few small, healthy wins and learn as I go.

Stage 2 is where I’ll have to up the ante if I’m looking for faster returns.

So, my Nov. plan is:

  • Keep closing the kitchen at 7:30 pm. I’m telling you this is so smart!

  • Keep up with the 30-minutes of exercise a day, bare minimum. I’ve been doing my challenge workouts (which really tax my body – I’m sore for days and it’s only 10 minutes of working out — there’s that shameless plug again!— plus the Peloton for 30 minutes so I’ll keep that up.

  • Drink 48 oz of H2O every day. (I’m keeping it at 48 oz because that’s two water bottles worth a day – I can’t count past two when it comes to refilling!)

  • And now I’m really going to go without pasta, pizza, and bread. For reals. I was doing it, but I wasn’t all Soup Nazi about it. (Can you say that anymore?)

  • And lastly, I will forgive myself because over the last four days, mini-bites have infiltrated my kitchen and I ate them all! (You think, Oh it’s such a little Milky Way, I’ll eat it real quick! And you do that about 5 times a day!) All is forgiven though.

And that’s it, that’s what I’m committing to. And if any of you are willing to throw your hat into the ring with me, I’d love to smackdown with you as we take on the Ultimate Warrior! (Which is our lazy alter-ego who prefers baggy pants, binge-watching, and bottles of Prosecco!)

You in??
